Although every home is unique, the goal of staging is the same; to appeal to as many buyers as possible. My methodology to staging is to adopt a buyer’s perspective.
By taking a “buyers’ eye” it allows me to experience what it is about the home that will appeal to a large number of people. I work with homeowners, agents, and developers to showcase a homes positive attribute while at the same time making it more marketable. Ultimately, I want prospective buyers to see themselves in the home.
